Arcee AI has introduced Arcee Spark, a potent language model comprising 7 billion parameters. Arcee Spark’s smaller size in no way impedes its performance – it is the highest-scoring model within the 7B-15B parameter range, surpassing the likes of Mixtral-8x7B and Llama-3-8B-Instruct. Arcee Spark’s performance has further been attested by its surpassing scores on the MT-Bench, a benchmark closely correlated to chatbot arena performance.

The outstanding performance of Arcee Spark is a result of its several key features. The model harvests through 7B parameters to deliver high-quality results. Built upon Qwen2 and then intensively refined, Arcee Spark exhibits seamless integration with Qwen2-7B-Instruct using Arcee’s proprietary MergeKit. Arcee Spark has further been fine-tuned on 1.8 million samples.
