Complimentary Application – Reliable Dissemination Quick Reader

Working with Diffusion web interfaces such as ComfyUI and Automatic1111, allows me to incorporate the TXT information embedded in the PNG files they generate. However, this requires either maintaining the associated TXT files or using a PNG info tool within the Automatic1111 web interface. To access the latter, it’s required to load the user interface each time, which can become a cumbersome process.

This led to a search for a refined methodology which ended up in the discovery of the standalone Diffusion Prompt Reader. This tool is skillfully designed to read and exhibit prompt information and other metadata in an effective and efficient UI.

The installation process is extremely straightforward; all you need to do is download the app. A shortcut can be made to begin using it immediately. The versatility of this app is notable, as it supports a variety of formats and images produced from different Web UIs.

Using the app is fairly simple and effective. Screenshots taken from my personal computer, using the app with two different images, Automatic1111 and ComfyUI, are demonstrative of its potential. The interface exhibits functionality with tabs for tools like Clip G – Clip L – Refiner, when working with multiple nodes and different prompts (positive + negative) in the ComfyUI interface.

A common use-case for me involves copying the prompt to use in other AI Tools like Midjourney, Leonardo.AI, or extracting prompts from Automatic1111 image for use in ComfyUI and vice versa. This standalone application has simplified the process of retrieving prompt, seed, model, and LoRA info across multiple tools.

The Diffusion Prompt Reader also permits editing of the prompt data, exporting prompt data into TXT files, and even removing the prompt data from the PNG before being shared with other individuals.

To provide a hands-on understanding of the SD Prompt Reader, I have created a review video that can be viewed on my channel.

Overall, this application has significantly eased the process of utilizing prompts across various tools without having to clutter the computer with excessive TXT files. An individual who is constantly experimenting with new tools like me would find it considerably useful. The capacity of going back and collecting prompts from previously used images has been beneficial and time-saving.
