The surge in Artificial Intelligence development has been remarkable, particularly in generative AI. Large language models, such as ChatGPT and Google Bard, have demonstrated the capacity to generate false information, termed AI hallucinations. These occurrences arise when LLMs deviate from external facts, contextual logic, or both, producing plausible text due to their design for fluency and coherence.
